A Wine Tour of the New World with a Fusion Menu, 4th June 2012
Join Norfolk's well-known wine expert and bon-viveur Graham Donaldson as he chooses a selection of wines which originate from the surrounding areas of the Orient, including New Zealand, Australia and Chile. Graham’s carefully selected wines will pick up perfectly on the delicate textures and gently-spiced flavours of our specially-designed four-course menu which represents the very best of Oriental cuisine; Thai, Chinese and Indian – all mixed together and given a European twist.
There are five glasses of wines to enjoy and each one will complement each course of the Fusion menu. Expect a light-hearted evening, with excellent food, first-rate company and wines to make your mouth water.
Where? In the Top of the City, from 7.30pm.
How much? £55 person, including all wine.
